Edia is the leading AI technology company in K-12 education, serving 1M+ students across the U.S. As Senior Regional Director of Sales, you will lead a team of Small and Mid-Market Account Executives to drive revenue growth while helping school districts unlock real outcomes for students. You'll shape the trajectory of a high-growth company while directly influencing how schools across the country deliver education. You will manage a team of 8 Account Executives, ensuring consistent quota attainment at 100%+ per quarter with a collective pipeline generation of at least 3x coverage. Your responsibilities include: - Revenue & Pipeline Management: Ensure your team consistently hits quota with 3x pipeline coverage; deliver accurate weekly forecasts and maintain predictable execution. - Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly 1:1s, lead deal reviews, and perform pipeline inspections to build a high-performing, quota-crushing team. Coach reps on multi-threading and closing complex B2B deals. - Operational Excellence: Drive Salesforce and Gong hygiene, enforce sales methodology (MEDDPICC), and maintain disciplined sales processes. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and bring field insights back to the organization. - Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Lead effectively in a high-growth, changing environment; identify gaps and propose scalable solutions and playbooks. You'll drive a culture of accountability, high activity, and strategic outreach to accelerate new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities. The company is currently prioritizing candidates on the West Coast. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–5+ years leading Account Executives with a track record of team quota attainment - Experience selling and/or leading in K-12 EdTech or the Public Sector (a plus) - Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and running disciplined sales processes - Deep understanding of complex B2B sales and ability to coach reps on multi-threading and closing - Strong communication and influence skills; ability to inspire, coach, and communicate clearly to both teams and executives - Thrives in fast-changing environments; creative problem solver who builds scalable playbooks - Work authorization: Company is currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization
