CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a thoughtful, organized, and high-quality recruiting experience for candidates from initial contact through the interview process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate logistics
- Handling candidate communications with professionalism and care
- Keeping the hiring pipeline moving efficiently
- Representing CesiumAstro's culture and values to prospective employees
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals
The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to take ownership of details. You will be one of the first points of contact for many candidates, making your professionalism, urgency, and care critical to shaping their experience with the company. This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who can quickly understand business needs and deliver high-quality experiences for both candidates and internal teams.
