Salary: USD 108,000 - 178,500 / annual
Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across R&D functions, including engineering and technical roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to source and close senior/staff-level technical talent in a competitive market, with deep focus on specialized areas like distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and platform engineering.
Key responsibilities include owning the complete recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing. You'll source high-quality, diverse talent through creative outreach, networking, and tools like HireEZ, while leveraging open-source communities to identify passive candidates. You'll manage recruiting workflows using Ashby ATS to ensure smooth, data-informed hiring processes and provide a world-class candidate experience that reflects Temporal's values of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.
You'll work to identify and remove process bottlenecks, ensuring velocity without compromising quality, and support onboarding transitions in collaboration with People Operations. This is a high-impact position with direct visibility across executive leadership and key business initiatives during a pivotal growth stage.
Required: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep technical fluency, ideally in specialized technical markets. Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth startup or infrastructure/dev-tool environments. Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities. Strong working knowledge of ATS (Ashby preferred) and sourcing platforms. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative mindset. Nice to have: familiarity with open-source communities or developer-centric products.
