Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its People Operations recruiting team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will own full-cycle recruiting across the entire People Operations function, including compensation, HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and shared services. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire talent that builds Anduril's People infrastructure. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting across diverse sub-functions within People Ops, developing tailored sourcing strategies for each discipline—recognizing that recruiting a Senior Compensation Analyst requires a different approach than sourcing a Payroll Manager or HRIS implementation lead. You'll conduct functional assessments, manage interview processes from intake through offer close, and maintain data integrity in the ATS/CRM to support reporting and pipeline analytics. You will serve as a strategic partner to People Operations leaders, advising on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability. You'll provide transparent pipeline updates and market intelligence, helping hiring managers recalibrate expectations when needed. You'll also influence role design and leveling by bringing external market perspective to internal conversations about scope and requirements. The ideal candidate brings 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with direct experience recruiting People Operations, HR, or related functions. You excel at managing multiple concurrent searches across different functional areas while maintaining quality and candidate experience. You're a strong stakeholder manager who builds trust with hiring managers at all levels, think data-first about pipeline metrics and conversion rates, and communicate clearly with both candidates and hiring teams. You move fast without sacrificing quality, and you're comfortable context-switching across searches that demand very different domain fluency and assessment approaches. Preferred experience includes recruiting in defense, aerospace, or related high-tech industries. U.S. Person status is required due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
