Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions including Recruiting, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and People. You will own searches from initial scoping through offer close, partnering directly with senior leaders to define hiring theses, calibrate bars, and translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple G&A functions; developing deep fluency in specialized areas (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, Recruiting) to identify exceptional talent beyond surface signals; partnering with hiring leaders to define hiring thesis and interview plans; building proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and passive candidate engagement; advising leaders using market intelligence and recruiting data to challenge assumptions; and running disciplined, high-velocity processes while delivering strong candidate experience and closing strategies for competitive hires.
You should have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant ownership of G&A, corporate, or specialized business-function searches. You need a track record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches, strong talent judgment and research instincts, credibility to advise senior leaders and challenge requirements, and strong execution and closing skills including comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows and ATS discipline.
Nice-to-haves include experience supporting multiple G&A functions in high-growth tech or fast-moving companies, familiarity with fintech/financial services/SaaS talent landscapes, experience improving interview architecture and recruiting processes, and experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows adopted beyond individual searches.
