Wise is a global fintech company on a mission to make international money movement easier and more affordable. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll lead talent acquisition for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) teams based in Hyderabad, playing a critical role in scaling these teams to support Wise's growth.
Your core responsibilities include managing the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding—while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll build and maintain a strong local and international talent network, collaborate with sourcers to understand market dynamics, and partner closely with hiring teams to guide them through recruitment processes.
You'll use data analytics to optimize hiring workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions. Beyond direct recruiting, you'll support broader People initiatives including referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking. You'll work cross-functionally with People Operations and other teams to drive recruitment excellence.
