Sereact is a Series B robotics company building AI-powered vision and reasoning systems that enable robots to sense, reason, and act in real-world industrial environments like warehouses and factories. Their Cortex vision-language-action model is scaling across EU and US deployments. You will own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, operating with real autonomy to build process rather than simply execute handed-down procedures. This is a high-impact position where you'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, design interview processes, and close strong candidates in a competitive talent market. Key responsibilities include: managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer; designing and refining scorecards and structured interview kits; coaching interviewers on assessment standards; building and maintaining healthy pipelines through both inbound and outbound sourcing; managing external recruiting agencies; maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data in Ashby; and flagging process gaps early to support the growing Talent function. You'll need 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning technical and non-technical hiring, ideally in a startup or fast-growth environment. Strong competency in structured interviewing, passive candidate sourcing, and ATS management (Ashby or equivalent) is essential. You should be comfortable pushing back on hiring managers when process or bar needs adjustment, and have the discipline to keep data clean and reporting-ready. Nice-to-have skills include experience recruiting for robotics/hardware/deep-tech, multi-geography recruiting (EU/US), German fluency for Stuttgart hiring, and experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
