As Senior Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles and be central to scaling the team during a period of significant growth. You'll partner closely with company leadership to define hiring priorities and shape recruiting strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently across assigned non-technical functions
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates, balancing speed with quality
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs and priorities to implement data-driven talent acquisition strategies
- Screen candidates, assess qualifications and cultural fit, advise hiring managers on candidate management
- Track internal SLAs and timelines, own candidate communications
- Report on key recruiting metrics and recommend actionable improvements to hit hiring goals
You'll need 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to manage roles independently. Startup or fast-paced environment experience is strongly preferred, particularly early-stage or rapid-growth settings. Strong sourcing skills and comfort proactively building pipelines (rather than relying solely on inbound) are essential. Experience with Ashby ATS is required. You should have an ownership mentality, identifying opportunities to improve processes and uplevel the team.
