As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling Nourish's team during a period of significant growth. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions or departments, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can operate with autonomy, think strategically about talent acquisition, and maintain Nourish's extremely high bar for talent density—a core competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate actively chooses hard, ambiguous problems, runs toward unglamorous work, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their needs, build compelling pipelines, and close top talent. Experience recruiting for technical, clinical, or operations roles in healthcare, biotech, or high-growth startups is a plus.
