MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is a leading provider of standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions. The company integrates a vast catalog of components with a digital manufacturing platform to serve engineers and procurement teams across the Americas, with operations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago.
You will own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and other business-critical functions. This is a high-impact role for someone with 5–7 years of recruiting experience who thrives on breadth rather than specialization. You'll work closely with hiring managers before roles are even fully defined, turning vague headcount requests into sharp candidate profiles and building real pipelines against them.
Key responsibilities include running full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation) across multiple functions; building talent maps and sourcing proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and tailored outreach strategies; leading intake meetings that shape the search and advise hiring managers on flexibility; keeping pipelines warm ahead of need through ongoing relationship-building; owning the candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding; tracking and acting on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, source effectiveness); identifying and fixing friction in interview processes and workflows; and partnering cross-functionally with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
You'll bring 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally spanning multiple functions. Experience recruiting technical roles (Engineering, Product, IT, Data) is strongly preferred. You have a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments and can run multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously without one function's hiring stalling because another is on fire.
Technical skills include proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or comparable systems, strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, working knowledge of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends, and fluency with AI tools in the recruiting workflow (sourcing, screening, outreach drafting, pipeline insights) while knowing when to apply human judgment.
Soft skills include stakeholder management that influences hiring decisions based on data, a candidate-first mindset with inclusive processes as default, organizational ability to juggle competing searches, analytical comfort with data-driven decisions, and genuine energy for variety. You report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a remote position with 0–10% travel.
