Delinea is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Engineering roles. Based in Singapore (home office), you'll own end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for one of the company's fastest-growing regions.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from strategic sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close; partnering with regional and global stakeholders to translate business plans into hiring strategies and headcount roadmaps; building and maintaining proactive talent maps and long-term pipelines across key APAC markets; leading talent attraction efforts and growing Delinea's employer brand across the region; owning ATS hygiene, data integrity, and regional reporting; setting standards for structured interviewing through scorecards and hiring manager enablement; ensuring seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint; and providing data-driven hiring updates, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence on talent availability, trends, and compensation.
You'll bring 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Enterprise SaaS Sales and commercial roles in APAC. You have a proven track record hiring across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering, with versatility to support other functions. Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to build credibility and influence at all levels, and experience building talent pipelines and employer brand presence are essential. You're comfortable owning recruiting processes and systems—ATS discipline, reporting, and coaching hiring managers through structured interviewing. You're a self-starter with a mindset for working independently, navigating ambiguity, and delivering in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of APAC talent markets, hiring trends, and compensation norms is required.
