Coinbase is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success. This role owns full-lifecycle recruiting across a portfolio spanning G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT functions, with flexibility to support product group hiring as business needs evolve.
You will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle from role intake through candidate close. Key responsibilities include building candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, partnering with hiring managers to translate talent needs into effective search strategies, and driving data integrity through pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes. You'll also contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale across global markets.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across both G&A and technical functions. You should be able to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, with flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions. Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle—from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing—is essential. A data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations is required. Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality, is valued.
