Allica Bank is the UK's fastest-growing fintech firm, focused on serving established SMEs—a major underserved segment representing over a third of the UK economy. The Human Resources team is small but growing, supporting employees and the organization to reach ambitious goals.
As Senior Recruiter, you will lead recruitment campaigns across the business, playing a key role in ensuring Allica Bank has the resources to meet its growth agenda while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You will work with the Recruitment team, India head, and stakeholders to implement Allica's recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire great people at pace
- Build strong relationships across the bank and assess recruitment needs with business areas, managing campaigns to meet those needs
- Manage Allica Bank's recruitment channels (agencies, direct sourcing, social media)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Interview and screen prospective candidates to provide the business with high-quality, diverse talent
- Role model and promote Allica culture and values
- Develop and produce recruitment metrics to support process refinement and drive improved outcomes for candidates and the organization

Requirements:
- 8–10 years of overall experience with previous Banking/Financial Services recruitment experience managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering recruitment services, ideally from an in-house environment, RPO, or recruitment agency
- Proven experience implementing recruitment strategies across organizations
- Experience working with third-party suppliers (media, agencies, LinkedIn)
- Experience with direct sourcing tools (LinkedIn, talent pooling, executive search, relevant job boards)
- Commercial understanding of business and how recruitment supports stakeholder requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, demands, and tight deadlines
- Ability to plan ahead and provide proactive recruitment support
- Pragmatic, diplomatic, and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively at all levels of the organization
