Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 / annual

You will lead quality strategy and test automation for key product areas at The Zebra. This is a senior individual contributor role with mentorship responsibilities but no direct people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own automated test frameworks across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Lead test strategy and planning for major product releases in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
- Mentor junior quality engineers and help elevate quality practices across the engineering organization
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage and reliability
- Track quality metrics, surface trends, and drive systemic improvements in defect prevention
- Contribute to quality engineering standards and tooling decisions

Requirements:
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience with deep expertise in test automation
- Expert proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, quality-first mindset
