Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships to build a new strategic growth channel focused on healthcare provider partnerships. You will create the strategy and operating model enabling providers to seamlessly refer patients to Hinge Health from within their existing clinical workflows.
In this highly autonomous, zero-to-one opportunity, you will develop relationships with leading health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician organizations, EMR vendors, and healthcare integration partners. Your first 90 days will focus on establishing the provider partnerships strategy, market priorities, target partner profiles, and building a qualified pipeline across health systems, provider organizations, and EMR vendors while developing trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation.
By month six, you will develop executive-level relationships with health system leaders, CMIOs, CIOs, and digital health teams; structure and negotiate strategic partnership agreements with clear commercial models and pilot plans; and launch strategic provider referral pilots with defined success metrics and cross-functional ownership.
Within your first year, you will demonstrate measurable growth in provider referrals, translate pilot learnings into repeatable partnership offerings and scalable processes, and establish the long-term strategy for scaling Provider Partnerships including ecosystem design, metrics, forecasting, and sustainable growth paths.
