The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the end-to-end launch management system for Dutchie's feature and product launches. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations that acts as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, and go-to-market teams. Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end project management for feature and product launches (scoping, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, go/no-go criteria); maintaining the launch board as the single source of truth; establishing and running efficient cross-functional launch cadences; designing and executing internal change management for Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Enablement; designing and running customer-facing change management including rollout sequencing and pilot strategy; proactively identifying blocked or at-risk work and coordinating solutions; translating scope, timing, and dependency changes into clear business and customer impact; developing working product knowledge to answer questions without escalation; partnering with Technical Writing and Enablement on release notes and training materials; defining success metrics before launch (adoption, activation, usage, customer sentiment, support volume); monitoring post-launch performance and engaging early-adopter customers; building feedback loops that turn launch data into action; continuously improving the launch operating system through process and tooling optimization; and leveraging AI and tools to accelerate research, synthesize signals, and reduce manual work. The role requires 5+ years of project or program management experience with meaningful ownership of feature or product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment. You must demonstrate ownership of change management for both internal teams and external customers, strong analytical orientation with ability to define metrics and interpret data, proven track record of proactive communication and risk management, and strong cross-functional influence skills.
