Shield AI, a venture-backed defense-tech company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role sits within the PMO and owns delivery across multiple workstreams from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
You will drive schedule management, cross-functional coordination, risk and issue escalation, and governance throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires deep understanding of technical concepts, dependencies, and delivery risks to coordinate effectively across functional, technical, integration, data, and testing teams—but you are not expected to be the hands-on technical lead or own the technical solution.
Success is measured by on-time execution, stakeholder alignment, effective governance, and sustainable business adoption of ERP-enabled change. You will work with a global organization that operates across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, supporting defense and autonomy technologies including Hivemind autonomy software, V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft, and Aechelon simulation platforms.
This is a senior individual contributor or small-team leadership role focused on program delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and organizational change enablement in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment.
