As Senior Project Manager for CTO Support, you will own project management for strategic technical initiatives and executive-sponsored priorities that require close coordination and visibility. You'll serve as the connective tissue between the CTO's strategic intent and day-to-day execution across the organization.
Key responsibilities include: owning project plans and execution for CTO-office-sponsored initiatives; coordinating across engineering, product, and delivery teams on high-priority technical work; preparing materials, updates, and briefings for CTO and executive reviews; tracking action items and decisions from leadership meetings; managing timelines and dependencies for fast-moving, high-visibility projects; identifying and escalating risks early; and supporting ad hoc strategic analysis and initiative scoping as directed by the CTO.
You bring project management experience supporting senior technical leadership, strong organizational skills, and comfort operating in high-visibility, fast-changing environments. You have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level briefing skills. Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with engineering leadership is essential, as is discretion and judgment when handling sensitive, executive-level information.
