You will own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent client projects, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes, client-facing role where you instill confidence, manage expectations, navigate complexity, and drive delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving concurrent client projects from kickoff through go-live
- Serving as the primary client contact, building trust and managing expectations
- Identifying and mitigating risks proactively
- Collaborating across Product, Design, QA, and Implementation teams to maintain delivery momentum
You bring 5+ years of client-facing project management experience delivering to external enterprise clients, with proven success in SaaS, digital, or cloud environments. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. You combine warmth and trustworthiness with firmness when needed.
Required qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree or BTech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, and Cape Town-based location. Bonus experience includes asset or wealth management exposure, consulting background, or PM certification.
