Salary: GBP 64,900 - 87,900 / annual
Clio is the global leader in cloud-based legal technology, and this role sits within the Professional Services team supporting implementations of Clio Operate (formerly ShareDo), an adaptive work management platform for mid-sized to large law firms.
You will own overall commercial accountability for implementation projects, managing resource allocation across a portfolio of 20–25 concurrent engagements. Responsibilities include requirements workshops, sprint planning, business change management, user acceptance testing, and handoff to support. You'll manage project finances, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous process improvement.
Key accountabilities:
- Commercial ownership and P&L responsibility for assigned projects
- Resource management and capacity planning across the project portfolio
- Client engagement, proactive communication, and satisfaction management
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to translate product capabilities into customer best practices
- Financial reporting, risk identification, and mitigation strategy development
You'll be a seasoned project or programme manager with proven delivery of complex, on-time implementations. Strong process discipline, change management expertise, and people leadership are essential. You should be comfortable with Agile methodologies, SaaS architecture, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-moving environment are critical.
