Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 / annual
Blink is a no-code security platform that has built 10,000+ automations to help teams shift-left security and platform operations workflows. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects with Fortune 500 customers and establish robust internal process frameworks.
In this role, you will own both strategic and tactical responsibilities. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their expectations, goals, milestones, and dependencies, then implement a clear path to successful project completion. You will also collaborate across all internal teams to formalize and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and control with both customers and internal teams
- Execute project and program management frameworks
- Build project scope and resource management aligned with customer requirements
- Coordinate and manage resources across internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure reliability and security of mission-critical systems throughout project lifecycles
- Deliver exceptional customer value and satisfaction
- Available to work across EMEA and North America time zones
- Available to travel up to 25% of the time
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing project/program management
- Experience with Cyber-Security and R&D projects
- Strong organizational and planning skills with proven track record managing complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 customers
- Customer-obsessed approach with strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Advantage: experience in SOAR, IR, or Security Professional Services
