Omada Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching to lead strategy, business planning, and continuous-improvement efforts for the Health Coaching function. Reporting to the VP of Operational Excellence, you will serve as the business operations partner to the Senior Director of Health Coaching & Practice, translating priorities into actionable operating plans, data-driven decisions, and measurable improvements in coach and member outcomes, operating performance, and cost to serve.
You will manage the strategic roadmap by documenting and managing business priorities, project governance plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones. You will develop solutions, identify owners, set delivery dates, and establish mechanisms to ensure programs stay on track. You will proactively identify and resolve issues affecting care teams and member experience, actively build relationships across Omada teams, and partner with Care Delivery program managers and colleagues in Clinical, Strategic Finance, Legal, HR, and Engineering/Product/Design to deliver on your roadmap. You will anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance business needs against constraints, and provide escalation management as needed. You will drive programs end-to-end and execute continuous improvement and new workflow implementation strategies with minimal guidance, and deeply understand broad business needs to prepare succinct recommendations for tradeoffs.
You will facilitate decision-making and alignment across broad stakeholder groups, presenting well-reasoned and data-driven proposals in both verbal and written form. You will identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders, develop and maintain goals and milestones, drive ongoing program improvements based on feedback and performance measurements, and handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion. You will develop materials for care team training, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures independently, demonstrate the ability to influence change both internally and externally, and set the standard for authoring business cases and presentation slide decks.
You will analyze data to perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing processes to propose solutions. You will identify process and system improvement opportunities by baselining and monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams to positively impact results. You will develop business insights with custom metrics and attributes without guidance, build business cases for new business metrics and implement them independently, and create feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
