Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Finance PMO team. The Finance PMO drives strategic initiatives that scale Finance & Accounting operations across the organization, owning end-to-end delivery of system implementations, process transformations, and high-priority programs that support company growth. In this role, you will define program strategy and drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, serving as the connective tissue between Finance & Accounting, technology partners, and operational stakeholders. You will operate with significant autonomy, inheriting ambiguous mandates and transforming them into structured programs with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a portfolio of strategic programs across Finance & Accounting from intake through post-launch stabilization, owning program strategy, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, change management, and hypercare. - Designing and implementing reporting and governance frameworks that communicate program health, risk, and outcomes to senior leadership. - Driving cross-functional delivery across Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, managing competing priorities and holding accountability across teams that don't report to you. - Leading adoption and change management for system implementations and process transformations, ensuring organizational behavior change, not just technical go-live. - Identifying gaps in PMO methodology, tooling, and documentation, building scalable solutions that mature the Finance PMO function. You will apply the right methodology to the right problem—running structured, predictive delivery for system implementations and compliance-driven programs while leveraging agile approaches for iterative initiatives with evolving requirements. Success requires high ownership, pattern recognition from repeated program delivery in complex environments, a dynamic mindset, strong analytical skills, and an operating posture that balances speed with rigor in high-mission-impact environments.
