The Senior Program Manager, Corporate Affairs role is a strategic leadership position reporting to the SVP of Corporate Affairs, focused on optimizing operations across three critical pillars: Global Communications, Global Government Affairs and Public Policy, and Impact.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing Corporate Affairs strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics across all three departments. You will streamline processes including planning cadences, budget management, headcount planning, and cross-functional handoffs. The role requires close collaboration with legal, product, sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of Corporate Affairs initiatives and realistic commitment setting.
You will monitor Corporate Affairs KPIs, conduct data-driven analysis, and recommend adjustments to improve initiative success rates and functional impact. The position involves contributing to team leadership and fostering a high-performance culture across the three departments, serving as a liaison between Corporate Affairs leadership and executive teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment. You will also lead and execute cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments from conception to completion.
Required qualifications include 10+ years in similar roles in government or private sector contributing to corporate operations, communications, government affairs, or public policy, preferably with international exposure and knowledge of foreign policy, AI, or technology fields. You should have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in project management tools, and expertise in cross-functional coordination with a track record of bringing order to fast, complex functions. Leadership experience enabling collaboration, driving accountability, and navigating high-growth environments is essential. You must demonstrate strategic thinking ability to translate business goals into actionable Corporate Affairs plans, and executive-level communication skills including experience creating board-level presentations and stakeholder engagement materials.
