Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for key military and government clients using Anduril's Launched Effects product line (advanced aerial drones and related systems). This role combines account management, technical program oversight, and customer success responsibilities. Strategic Client Engagement: You will establish and nurture relationships with military leadership and operational end-users, developing deep understanding of their mission objectives and operational environments. You'll navigate complex government procurement processes (DIU, SBIR, OTA mechanisms) and funding cycles. You'll champion client needs internally, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Integration teams to inform roadmap decisions and ensure timely delivery. Daily Operations & Support: Serve as the primary escalation point for client communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs. Address inquiries promptly, coordinate with technical and logistics teams for issue resolution, and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. Ensure clients receive timely updates on product enhancements and technical documentation. Solution Adoption & Growth: Drive successful adoption of Launched Effects products into client operations, demonstrating mission value and operational superiority. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts—upselling features, cross-selling adjacent technologies, and securing follow-on contracts. Develop comprehensive account plans and sales strategies aligned with client requirements and Anduril's objectives. Conduct technical demonstrations and briefings to diverse audiences from specialists to senior military leadership. Tactical Execution: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for demonstrations, training, and field support. Monitor operational status and usage data of deployed systems, proactively identifying improvement areas. Process orders for upgrades, spare parts, and training. Facilitate contract renewals and ensure all terms are met and documented. This role requires strategic thinking, technical aptitude, exceptional relationship-building skills, and deep commitment to national security. You'll be the trusted advisor bridging customer needs and internal capabilities.
