Voyager Space is seeking a Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the Program Planning & Controls team within Business Operations. This role is critical to ensuring cost-schedule integration, effective program planning, and disciplined execution across a dynamic portfolio of defense, national security, and space technology programs serving DoD, NASA, and commercial customers.
The Senior Program Controls Analyst will develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules. You will support the development of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) where required, tailoring processes to contract type, lifecycle phase, and customer expectations. The role involves preparing and analyzing program performance metrics using methods appropriate to each program's contractual needs, including BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance analysis, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
A key responsibility is driving the transition implementation of a corporate tools initiative, migrating legacy business forecasting and planning tools to ForProject and its reporting add-on, Empower. You will interface with corporate finance to ensure program-level financial performance aligns with overall business objectives and that program tools, reporting practices, and processes support organizational financial health and planning.
You will collaborate closely with the Program Controls Scheduler, department senior manager, and Cost and Scheduling analysts. The role requires expertise in ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), experience with Firm-Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and commercial contracts, and strong analytical capabilities. This position reports to the Senior Business Operations Manager and is fully remote.
