Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 / annual
Adverity is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join their New York team on a hybrid basis (3 days/week in office). This role bridges customer success and technical implementation, focusing on driving adoption and value realization for enterprise clients, particularly around their newest AI product launches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as an embedded domain expert during onboarding of AI products, partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and account management to accelerate customer adoption
- Become a trusted strategic partner for each customer, learning their architecture and use cases to guide platform adoption across multiple workflows
- Scope and deliver client-specific requirements, conduct tailored product demos, and deliver hands-on training to enable customers to query marketing data independently
- Take a consultative approach to maximize customer value, driving adoption, retention, and growth
- Identify patterns and insights across accounts, feeding feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
- Guide customer escalations and support account management in identifying upsell opportunities
- Champion the company's shift toward customer success and growth, particularly on enterprise accounts
Ideal candidates bring:
- Customer-centric, empathetic approach with genuine drive to help clients succeed
- SaaS experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, or media agency roles
- Strong digital marketing background
- Comfort with REST APIs and affinity for SaaS/technology
- Analytical mindset with ability to spot patterns and translate customer needs into solutions
- Genuine interest in AI and its application to marketing operations; hands-on experience with AI tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environment with ambiguity and change
