Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Production Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of the team, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for Production and Manufacturing Engineering roles, supporting Anduril's rapid scaling as a defense technology company.
You will own hiring strategy end-to-end, collaborating closely with Production leaders to define hiring needs, improve processes, and maintain high performance standards. Your responsibilities include prospecting and sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns. You'll conduct high-volume interviews, build talent maps to generate market insights, and drive diverse talent into the organization while ensuring positive candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques, data extraction, process automation, and candidate management
- Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle with effective communication and reporting
- Conduct high-volume interviews with strong interview-to-offer conversion ratios
- Engage and source passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools and techniques
- Build talent maps to inform engagement strategy and market insights
- Drive diverse talent acquisition and positive candidate experience
- Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally
- Leverage cross-functional partners to build strategy around value proposition and hiring practices
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier talent
- 1+ years of experience working with senior-level leaders and stakeholders on talent strategy
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to work hybrid/onsite at Asheville, OH office
Preferred qualifications include ITAR policy knowledge, consultative recruiting experience, strong communication skills, experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines, and autonomous, collaborative, adaptable work style.
