Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

In this Senior Product Specialist role, you will lead customer implementation and onboarding efforts for enterprise clients. You will work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and configure Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews with customers
- Design and execute proof-of-concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers
- Configure Zenoti to meet specific customer business scenarios
- Identify product capability gaps and develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation and adhere to SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with product delivery
- Stay current on product capabilities, business flows, sales processes, and market dynamics
- Travel to customer locations as needed (on short notice)
- Align working hours with customer timezones to build strong relationships
This is a customer-facing role requiring deep product expertise, technical acumen across integration points, and the ability to translate complex requirements into viable solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6–9 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise software products
- Strong software knowledge and ability to master product functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in requirements and solution documentation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong presentation, demo, and training delivery skills
- Logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Good to have: HTML and JavaScript knowledge
- Good to have: familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp
- Plus: experience in wellness/spa industry
- Plus: eagerness to learn about revenue drivers in health and wellness
