Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

In this Senior Product Specialist role, you will lead implementation and onboarding efforts for enterprise customers. You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and configure Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews with customers
- Design and execute proof-of-concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers
- Configure Zenoti to meet specific customer business scenarios
- Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and SLA adherence
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow organizational processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
- Stay current on product features, business workflows, sales processes, and market dynamics
- Provide exceptional customer service with timezone overlap for relationship building
This is a customer-facing role requiring deep product expertise, technical acumen across integration points, and the ability to translate complex requirements into viable solutions. You will manage multiple concurrent projects and may travel to customer locations as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 6–9 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise software products
- Strong software knowledge with ability to master product functionality and configure solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for requirements and solution documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation, demo, and training delivery skills
- Logical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel on short notice to customer sites
- Proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp
- Good to have: HTML and JavaScript knowledge; experience in wellness/spa industry; understanding of revenue drivers in health and wellness
