As a Senior Product Specialist in Customer Onboarding, you will be the bridge between Zenoti's product capabilities and customer success. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Partner with customers to understand their business requirements and guide them through Zenoti solution adoption to streamline operations and increase revenue
• Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews tailored to customer needs
• Design and implement proof-of-concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers, ensuring successful implementations
• Configure Zenoti's platform to meet specific customer business scenarios and workflows
• Identify technical and operational risks based on product capabilities and develop mitigation strategies
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and SLA adherence
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow organizational processes for successful product implementations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet customer requirements while managing expectations
• Stay current with product features, business flows, sales processes, and market dynamics
This is a customer-facing role requiring alignment with customer timezones (night shift: 6 PM–1 AM) and occasional travel to customer locations.
Required qualifications: 3–7 years of implementation and support experience with enterprise software products. You must demonstrate deep product expertise, strong technical understanding of integrations and enterprise scenarios, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong presentation and training abilities are essential.
Preferred skills include HTML/JavaScript knowledge, familiarity with MS Office/JIRA/Basecamp, and experience in the wellness or spa industry. You should be comfortable learning rapidly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
