In this Senior Product Specialist role, you will be a customer-facing technical expert responsible for driving successful implementations and adoption of Zenoti's platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and guide them in adopting Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue
- Lead product demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews with enterprise customers
- Design, configure, and implement proof-of-concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers
- Configure Zenoti to meet specific customer business scenarios and workflows
- Identify technical risks based on product capabilities and develop mitigation strategies
- Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain alignment with customer timezones to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service
- Stay current with product knowledge, business flows, sales processes, and market dynamics
- Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in the product, technical architecture, integration points, and enterprise scenarios
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow organizational processes for successful implementations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and key performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs while managing expectations

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-8 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise products
- Strong software background with ability to master product functionality and configure solutions
- Proven track record as a fast learner of enterprise applications with cloud solution implementation experience
- Successful experience with large-scale enterprise implementations involving APIs, web services, data analysis, and data migrations
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical discussions and discovery workshops, mapping business requirements to product functionality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in requirements and solution documentation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work effectively with remote teams across different timezones
- Strong presentation, demo, and training delivery skills
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel to customer locations on short notice
- Good to have: HTML and JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp
- Good to have: Experience in the wellness/spa industry
- Eagerness to learn about revenue opportunities and challenges in health and wellness
