Immersive Labs is a leading cyber resilience platform trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100, helping organizations test and prove that people, AI-enabled workflows, and security teams can perform safely under realistic pressure. The company has grown from a Bristol cargo container in 2017 to 300+ employees globally, with $180M+ in funding.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will own a balanced mix of core product marketing and sales enablement across multiple solution areas in the Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience category. Your primary focus will be on sales ramp and enablement—getting sales representatives fluent and confident on messaging so they deliver a consistent, compelling story from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning messaging training and ramp programs, including onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification as messaging evolves
- Developing positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas, grounded in customer, market, and competitive insight
- Building sales-ready collateral (battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, objection-handling guides) that sales teams actually use
- Partnering closely with Product Management to understand roadmap and competitive differentiation, translating it into jargon-free, consumable content
- Supporting product launches end-to-end with sales training and enablement
- Gathering direct feedback from sales on what's landing and continuously refining training and content
- Tracking adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs and reporting on results
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams across both UK and US offices. The role is fully remote, open to candidates in the UK or US.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams (not just producing content)
- Track record of translating technical product capability into straightforward, jargon-free messaging
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple solution areas with strong prioritization skills
- Strong cross-functional instincts and collaboration skills
- Sharp writing and presentation skills; ability to make complex topics simple and engaging
- Nice to have: understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk; experience with enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
