Immersive Labs is a cyber resilience platform trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100, ranked #1 in the Forrester Wave 2026. The company helps organizations test whether people, AI-enabled workflows, and security teams can perform securely under realistic pressure, then turn that performance into evidence for improvement and readiness reporting.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building out the Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience category, owning a balanced mix of core product marketing and sales enablement across multiple solution areas. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing.
Your primary focus will be on sales ramp and enablement—getting sales representatives fluent and confident on messaging so they tell a consistent, compelling story from day one. You will excel at translating complex, technical product capabilities into simple, sharp, sales-ready narratives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own messaging training and ramp programs, including onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification as messaging evolves
- Develop positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas, grounded in customer, market, and competitive insight
- Build sales-ready collateral (battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, objection-handling guides) that sales teams actually use
- Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap and competitive differentiation, translating it into jargon-free content
- Support product launches end-to-end, ensuring sales is trained and equipped before launch
- Gather direct feedback from sales on what's landing and what isn't, continuously sharpening training and content
- Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs and report on results
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams across both UK and US offices, and operate autonomously across multiple solution areas while prioritizing shifting demands.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams (not just producing content)
- Track record of translating technical product capability into straightforward, jargon-free messaging
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple solution areas with strong prioritization skills
- Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Sharp writing and presentation skills; ability to make complex topics simple and engaging
- Nice to have: understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk; experience with enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
