Cloaked is a well-funded Series B privacy and security platform with 600k+ paying members. The company provides masked emails, phone numbers, and payment cards; data removal from broker sites; and AI voice agents for call screening. You'll own the complete product marketing function across three product lines: the consumer app, Cloaked Enterprise, and emerging products (agentic privacy, Cloaked Pay, and future launches). In this role, you'll drive go-to-market narrative from conception through launch and market adoption. You'll own positioning and messaging for every product and feature launch, create the messaging architecture that unifies the consumer, enterprise, and investor stories without contradiction, and manage Cloaked's recurring consumer feature-release property including cadence, format, and branding. You'll produce the Build in Public and founder content program—a weekly cadence across leadership, product, and engineering on X, LinkedIn, and other platforms, written in their authentic voices. You'll make the product legible at every depth: working demos, teardown videos, and interactive explainers for consumers; architecture and security-posture explainers, integration walkthroughs, and technical one-pagers for enterprise buyers and their security teams. The role is based in the New York office with an in-person expectation of three days per week. You'll work closely with product and engineering from the spec phase, not just at ship date. This is a fast-moving environment where you'll take half-formed features from standups and return with narrative, plan, and draft. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–4 years in product marketing, product management, developer relations, solutions engineering, technical content strategy, or operator role at a software company selling to both consumers and businesses, or that has transitioned between the two. Privacy, security, identity, fintech, or AI experience is a strong plus. - Technical depth: CS or engineering background, or equivalent proven depth. Must be able to read code and PR diffs, understand architecture docs, grasp how data brokers, telephony, call screening, and payment tokenization work, and explain security posture to CISO teams without a translator. - Ability to build working demos and prototypes using AI coding tools. - Proven track record running product launches end to end with documented awareness or adoption results. - Exceptional writing across multiple registers (launch posts, founder tweets, demo scripts, research reports) with consistent brand voice. Comfortable ghostwriting in others' voices. - Demonstrated ability to build or materially grow an audience (personal, founder's, or product's) and understanding of what drives attention on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit without paid budget. - Self-directed and fast execution; ability to move from concept to narrative and draft quickly. - Bonus qualifications: technical content that resonated with non-technical audiences; founder or exec content program with documented cadence and growth; shipped projects (side projects, apps, open-source contributions, founded products); experience marketing security or identity products to technical buyers; Figma/FigJam, PostHog or product analytics, short-form video and screen-capture production, Webflow, B2B enablement formats, Reddit/Discord/creator-platform fluency; security and identity domain expertise; familiarity with privacy/identity competitive landscape; active Cloaked user with strong category perspective.
