This fixed-term role positions you as the senior product marketing lead and narrative owner, responsible for transforming a complex product and business change into a clear, compelling story for small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers.
You will work across Product, Customer, Lifecycle, Sales, Enablement, Operations, Data, and regional teams to ensure consistent market execution. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the global positioning, messaging, launch, and migration strategy across markets, segments, and channels
- Defining customer cohorts and designing lifecycle communications to deliver the right message at the right moment
