Camunda is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join its Product Marketing team. The role offers real ownership over positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of the product portfolio, with direct impact on how the market understands Camunda's enterprise platform for agentic orchestration. You will drive go-to-market strategy for your assigned product area, from positioning through launch through field enablement. Key responsibilities include: - Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into clear value propositions for both technical and business buyers. - Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actively uses, moving beyond static battlecards to dynamic, field-tested resources. - Lead go-to-market execution for launches, coordinating across product, sales, and demand generation to ensure consistent messaging. - Create field enablement content including pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection-handling materials that work in real sales conversations. - Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just validate existing ones. - Mentor and support other marketers on the team, sharing insights and best practices. The role operates in a technical, complex space where clear translation of capability into business value is critical. You'll work closely with product, sales, and demand generation teams, and your work directly shapes how field teams close deals. Camunda is a fully remote, globally distributed company. The company is named on GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, is 2025 Great Place to Work certified, and is a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide, including 9 of the top 10 US banks. REQUIREMENTS: - Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end-to-end, not just contributing pieces. - Proven competitive intelligence practice: you've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests. - Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers—able to go deep enough into technical concepts to be credible with developers and simplify enough to be clear to executives. - Field enablement experience at scale: you've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product and can measure impact. - Strong cross-functional instincts: you build trust with product and sales without relying on authority and bring people along on positioning decisions. - Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work as an operational part of the role.
