Niantic Spatial is building the future of physical AI, powered by a proprietary database of over 30 billion posed images. The company's mapping technology enables spatial intelligence for robotics, public sector, and energy/industrial markets. This Senior Product Marketing Manager role bridges product, engineering, research, and go-to-market functions to translate technical capabilities into market positioning and adoption drivers. You will define Niantic Spatial's market narrative and positioning in embodied AI, working at the intersection of real-world capture, simulation-ready digital twins, and visual-spatial intelligence. Key responsibilities include: - Co-develop and sharpen category positioning and messaging for embodied AI across website, campaigns, sales materials, and partner communications - Build credible messaging around the real-to-sim stack and its applications - Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business Development to create customer-facing proof points demonstrating product performance and real-world fit - Maintain clear distinction between what ships today, what is being validated, and roadmap items to keep messaging accurate and defensible - Build and maintain target-account lists for robotics and physical AI in collaboration with go-to-market teams - Conduct competitive intelligence and translate findings into positioning and win guidance - Shape pricing, packaging, and product-led growth motions - Develop and execute campaigns driving awareness, qualified interest, and market presence - Build co-marketing partnerships with robotics OEMs, simulation ecosystems, and strategic customers This is not a traditional product marketing role. It requires someone technical enough to understand the real-to-sim stack, strategic enough to synthesize product/market/customer inputs into sharp messaging, and hands-on enough to create stories, assets, and proof points that establish leadership in physical AI. You'll be embedded in the robotics and physical AI ecosystem, tracking conferences, companies, developers, researchers, and platform shifts. You'll test hypotheses, sharpen positioning, and feed validated demand signals back into product direction. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, technical sales, or category creation in robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, or physical AI - Meaningful time in the physical AI space as an engineer-turned-marketer, marketing lead at a robotics/physical AI company, or deep ecosystem practitioner - Demonstrated track record defining emerging categories and translating complex technology into clear narrative (what it is, why it matters, why the company leads) - Ability to build credibility with both technical buyers and executive stakeholders - Comfort operating in nascent categories; ability to synthesize fragmented market signals, technical nuance, and roadmap reality into market-understandable positioning - Strong judgment and builder's mindset; willingness to challenge assumptions and sharpen go-to-market strategy without overclaiming - Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience NICE TO HAVE: - Experience creating POVs, conference talks, partner content, customer stories, and buyer frameworks - Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and ability to translate technical workflows into compelling content
