As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the go-to-market partner embedded within a product team, influencing product strategy from discovery through scaling. Rather than marketing a finished product, you bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions from day one—determining which segments to target, which features to prioritize, and how to create compelling customer moments. You will influence what the product does, how it wins in the market, and whether customers will pay for it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking major product bets to market with high autonomy and support from senior leaders, launching assisted and AI-native experiences that customers love
- Bringing market insights into product decisions by turning customer, market, and competitive evidence into clear recommendations for the product team; participating in discovery work and design sprints
- Defining sharp Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), breaking down users and products into needs, pains, and functional/emotional value; deciding which segments to win first
- Positioning the product competitively by defining alternatives, articulating differentiation, and shaping messaging, pricing, and packaging
- Running launches as lean tests, reporting on results, and adapting product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy based on evidence
- Aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, Commercial) by providing clear ownership, milestones, decision points, and success measures
- Building an insight engine that replaces ad hoc research with automated flows of competitor and customer insights used weekly by product and marketing teams
- Owning part of the context system by turning go-to-market decisions and artifacts into governed context that empowers teams and AI agents
- Building with AI by creating prototypes, applets, and automations for prioritized opportunities and helping product teams self-serve lower-tier launches at quality
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Growth Marketing, and Paid Acquisition teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience bringing tech products to market, with proven success taking complex products or features from discovery to launch and adoption in fast-paced environments
- Data- and evidence-driven mindset; ability to set clear targets, success definitions, and guardrails; strong analytical skills to derive actionable next steps; willingness to communicate contradictory evidence to senior stakeholders
- Deep customer insight and craft; ability to stay close to users, quote them accurately, and translate user behavior into memorable narratives
- AI builder capability; experience building agents, automated workflows, prototypes, and context systems toward clear milestones
- Strong communication and project leadership skills; ability to write and speak with precision, align multiple teams simultaneously, and manage complex moving pieces
- High agency and curiosity; ability to identify and solve problems independently with an ownership mindset
- Bias for action; prioritization of speed of learning and progress over perfection
- Fluency in both English and German; ability to write customer-facing messaging in German and work with international teams in English
