Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual

You will own product marketing for current and future investments in MarTech, Data, and AI spaces. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive go-to-market strategy, execute integrated campaigns, refine website messaging, create sales enablement materials, develop internal messaging, and craft case studies showcasing CDP value. Key Responsibilities: - Create and define differentiating positioning for products and solutions across personas (marketing teams, product teams, data teams, etc.) - Lead integrated marketing launches and campaigns across marketing, sales, and product teams - Conduct user research to identify market gaps for product innovation - Create, maintain, and improve website messaging, customer case studies, and sales enablement materials - Help internal teams and product evangelists craft messaging and sequences aligned with customer value - Externally evangelize Hightouch at field events, customer engagements, and webinars You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to define GTM strategy and achieve ambitious growth goals in a fast-paced startup environment. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing - Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including planning, coordination, and execution - Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical aspects and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong background in market research and user interviews to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape - Skilled in competitive analysis of products, strategies, and market positioning - Strategic and analytical thinking about business, product, and marketing challenges with ability to create actionable insights - Proficient in turning complex, technology-heavy topics into compelling, digestible stories - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with talent for clear, persuasive messaging - Prior experience in product marketing within B2B, ideally at enterprise-focused companies Bonus Qualifications: - Experience with MarTech, Data, or AI product GTM - Lifecycle marketing knowledge and familiarity with personalization tools and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable) - Partner marketing expertise and experience building strategic partnerships within ecosystems - Startup experience demonstrating ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
