Yoodli is an AI-powered platform for human skills development, helping individuals and organizations upskill through AI coaching for communication, job interviews, sales pitches, and professional conversations. The company has raised over $60M, is backed by top-tier investors including Madrona and the Allen Institute for AI, and counts Google, Databricks, Snowflake, and RingCentral among its customers.
You will own product positioning, messaging, and storytelling at a strategic level, translating customer insights, competitive intelligence, and product innovation into narratives that drive adoption and build category leadership. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, requiring you to move fast, stay close to the market, and keep Yoodli's story sharp as the product evolves.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define and evolve Yoodli's product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across buyer personas, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives that set the standard for how the entire company communicates.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to design and execute go-to-market and launch strategies for new features, solutions, and partnerships. You'll design strategy, define success metrics, and ensure organizational alignment.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and communication pain points; map user journeys to strengthen positioning and product-market fit.
• Create and maintain AI-assisted repositories of personas, objections, use cases, and competitive insights that preserve and scale institutional knowledge across teams.
• Own product marketing collateral end-to-end, working closely with design to create high-impact assets. Translate product features into creative briefs while maintaining decks, one-pagers, videos, messaging guides, and FAQs.
• Support experimentation and continuous feedback loops, pairing human judgment with AI-assisted drafting and iteration to improve speed, consistency, and messaging precision.
• Coach the GTM organization on how to win, influencing both what the company says and how it launches.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning positioning and GTM strategy for complex products in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated success leading product launches from strategy through execution, including building enablement systems that sustain adoption post-launch.
• Expert-level messaging and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex technology into clear, human narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and drive action.
• Deep experience developing sales enablement assets and enabling revenue teams, including frameworks that hold up across deal stages and buyer personas.
• Strong analytical foundation with comfort using pipeline data, win/loss analysis, and customer research to guide strategic decisions.
• Modern approach to the craft: use AI tools and workflows to move faster on research synthesis, messaging iteration, and keeping enablement assets current, without letting them substitute for strategic thinking and editorial judgment.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
• Highly collaborative leadership style with a history of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
