Own the complete product narrative at Wonderful, defining what the product is, what it enables, and why it matters to enterprise customers. You'll translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions that resonate across a competitive landscape while maintaining coherence with the broader platform story. Deliver product stories across all formats: create launch films, feature walkthroughs, demo narrations, release notes, web copy, and sales narratives. You'll own both the strategic messaging and tactical execution—writing scripts, one-liners, and positioning documents. Proactively uncover compelling stories from the product roadmap, customer deployments, and field teams. The best material requires digging; you'll partner closely with product and go-to-market teams to surface authentic customer wins and use cases. Build and maintain the sales and enablement toolkit: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, and positioning frameworks. These become the single source of truth for the organization. Adapt core messaging for different industries and buyer personas—breaking down narratives for specific verticals and for business, technical, and risk decision-makers. Work AI-first. AI is embedded in how this team operates. You'll integrate AI tools into your daily workflow and help shape how the team leverages AI for content creation and messaging development. You bring 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally with technical products. You're a truth-seeker who digs into what products actually do and what customers actually experience, ensuring messaging reflects reality. You've proven ability to develop positioning and translate it into compelling sales and customer-facing assets. You're comfortable with range across formats—video scripts, release notes, positioning docs, web, enablement—and can go deep on a single product to become its foremost internal expert. You're fluent with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as an afterthought. You thrive in early-stage, fast-paced environments where things move quickly.
