As Lifecycle Marketing Associate, you will own the full lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, SMS, direct mail, subscriptions, and loyalty programs. This is a hands-on, strategic role with meaningful ownership from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
**Email Marketing & CRM:** Lead day-to-day execution in Klaviyo, managing campaign strategy, automated flows, content, testing, and optimization. Own the lifecycle marketing calendar, write and brief copy, partner with design, and manage legal/compliance review. Build and test automated customer journeys, analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities, and maintain a healthy, contactable customer base through proper segmentation and consent management. Support major product launches, retail moments, and growth initiatives. Own reporting across all retention channels and key metrics.
**Customer Retention & Loyalty:** Shape and execute the broader retention strategy focused on subscription, loyalty, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value. Build and optimize the subscription journey from onboarding through cancel-save, winback, and reactivation. Analyze customer behavior and cohorts to uncover churn, repeat purchase, and LTV opportunities. Own day-to-day subscription platform management including roadmap, testing, and execution. Develop and test new benefits and programs to deepen loyalty. Identify and turn retention opportunities into measurable experiments and results.
You will work cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, growth, legal, and other teams to build a best-in-class retention program.
