Conduit Health is transforming post-acute care by building the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform that unites ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment for medical equipment and supplies delivery to patients' homes.
You will own how Conduit communicates with patients, caregivers, and partners across their entire journey. This is a cross-functional builder-operator role spanning communications strategy, execution, performance optimization, and infrastructure. You'll define messaging strategy, channels, and voice, then execute day-to-day operations that bring it to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full lifecycle ownership of transactional, marketing, and lifecycle communications across direct-to-consumer (patients/caregivers) and B2B audiences (service coordinators, home health aides)
- Messaging and copy development across lifecycle, transactional, educational, and marketing communications—translating complex healthcare information into clear, compelling copy that drives action and builds trust
- Revenue and retention focus: design, build, and optimize journeys across activation, conversion, engagement, re-engagement, and churn prevention with conversion and retention as primary KPIs
- Performance and experimentation: define success metrics, build testing roadmaps, run A/B tests across messaging, audience, channel, cadence, and timing; analyze results and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Transactional communications ownership—appointment reminders, missing-information outreach, order confirmations, shipping updates—as core patient experience elements; identify proactive communication opportunities to reduce friction
- Communications infrastructure: own tools and platforms including Customer.io, Twilio, Intercom, voice AI, and HubSpot; identify gaps and drive improvements for reliability, scalability, and effectiveness
- Systems and cross-functional partnership: own strategy and requirements for data, events, segmentation, and integrations powering the communications ecosystem; manage technical resources and partner with Product and Engineering
- Help define the function and lay groundwork to hire and manage a team as the function scales
You are patient and revenue-minded, a systems thinker who understands how data, tools, triggers, and channels work together. You're operationally fluent, hands-on, and comfortable moving from strategy to execution. You have a builder mentality and appetite to grow into a people-management role. You understand compliance and trust considerations in healthcare messaging, are analytical and experimental, and are an exceptional communicator and writer.
