Unmind is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end positioning, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional enablement for its product portfolio. As the company's first dedicated product marketer, you will build the relationships, rituals, and frameworks that translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, compelling messaging for B2B2C enterprise clients including Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, and the NHS.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to develop differentiated positioning and messaging across core products; ensuring consistency across sales materials, in-app content, marketing campaigns, and customer communications; and building product marketing foundations from the ground up, including processes and ways of working that enable cross-functional collaboration.
You will support product launches by creating messaging, FAQs, enablement materials, and launch content; turn customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive tracking into actionable insights that shape positioning and inform roadmap conversations; and establish success measures to evaluate launches and improve future go-to-market activities.
The ideal candidate has a track record of creating differentiated positioning for complex products, experience operating as a solo product marketer in early-stage environments, and meaningful experience in B2B2C enterprise SaaS or similarly complex commercial settings. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, with the ability to adapt messaging across member communications, in-app copy, sales talk tracks, and customer-facing materials. You should be confident building trusted relationships across functions and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
