As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the narrative connecting Tempo's Atlassian Marketplace suite of products to the company's new AI-native flagship platform and broader Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) story. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Product Marketing, you'll be responsible for messaging and positioning across multiple product lines, building narratives that work at persona, use-case, and industry levels.
Key responsibilities include: developing cross-product messaging and positioning for the marketplace suite; building persona-, use-case-, and industry-specific narratives for audiences from practitioners to C-suite; partnering with Product Management on roadmap translation and market positioning; collaborating with Finance on pricing and packaging strategy; applying PLG principles to messaging and go-to-market work; designing and running go-to-market programs and launches; building a launch tiering framework with consistent playbooks; creating sales and marketplace enablement materials including solution briefs, ROI tools, and training; tracking competitive landscape and building battlecards; partnering with Growth Marketing and Partner Marketing teams; conducting customer interviews and validating positioning; guiding design partner and customer advisor engagement; leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and content production; and influencing product roadmap through market and buyer insights.
You'll need 5-8 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with strong solutions marketing background. You're a skilled storyteller with proven ability to connect multiple products, personas, and use cases into coherent narratives. You have hands-on experience with PLG motions and understand self-serve adoption and expansion mechanics. You collaborate effectively with Product Management and have a track record of designing and executing successful go-to-market programs and launches.
