Fin is an AI Customer Agent company building the highest-performing AI customer support platform on the market. The company serves nearly 30,000 global businesses and recently launched Operator, a new category of internal AI agent for customer operations that automates complex workflows, delivers insights, and coordinates work under human supervision.
This Senior Product Marketing Manager role owns end-to-end product marketing for Operator, a strategic new product line. You will build the external narrative and positioning that shapes how the market understands this new category, working across product, marketing, GTM, and leadership.
Key responsibilities include: developing the external narrative and category-defining go-to-market strategy for Operator; refining the ideal customer profile and audience segments; owning core messaging and ensuring cross-functional alignment across all customer touchpoints (website, sales decks, email); conducting customer research to translate insights into positioning; leading product launches and GTM moments with crisp, sales-ready messaging; creating high-impact PMM assets including web pages, pitch decks, narratives, scripts, and demo materials; and maintaining the strategic "brain" of PMM context that informs the company's AI-first approach.
You are a hybrid strategist, storyteller, and technologist who moves fluidly between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression. You excel at taking genuinely novel products with no clear market comparison and building the narrative that makes them obvious to buyers.
Required experience: 5+ years in product marketing, ideally B2B, with a track record of positioning complex products. You've marketed something genuinely new and built the narrative framework buyers use to evaluate it. You've owned a product area end-to-end from ICP through launches and field enablement. You're comfortable with technical depth—automation, workflows, analytics, agent behavior, and product mechanics. Experience with usage-based pricing or selling operational change is a strong plus. You've thrived in fast-moving environments where product ships faster than messaging and found ways to maintain quality at pace.
You think and write with precision: excellent written communication, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to push back on vague claims and force specificity. You're product-obsessed and technically engaged—you read docs, use the product, dig into the tech, and are genuinely curious about AI beyond talking points.
