Fin (part of Intercom) is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how the company positions its AI Customer Agent platform and proprietary Apex models to technical audiences. This is a net-new, strategic role focused on making a vertically integrated AI platform legible and compelling to developers, technical buyers, and AI teams.
You will own positioning and messaging for Fin's platform capabilities—APIs, integrations, MCP, CLI, and developer surfaces—and establish why building on Fin is the right choice for technical teams. You'll work directly with product, engineering, and sales leadership to translate deep technical capability into clear, compelling narratives.
Key responsibilities include: building the story around Fin's proprietary AI models and why vertical integration is a differentiator; leading positioning and messaging for the platform from first principles through market-ready narratives; partnering daily with product and engineering to turn technical capability into simple stories; shaping the ICP and audience strategy (developers, technical buyers, AI teams); creating high-quality PMM assets (launch pages, technical content, demos, videos); building sales enablement that drives confidence; conducting customer research with developers to inform messaging; leading go-to-market moments for platform releases; and raising the bar on technical storytelling craft.
You are a hybrid strategist-storyteller-technologist who moves fluidly between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression. You have 5+ years of product marketing experience (ideally B2B) with a proven track record shaping how complex or technical products are understood in market. You have hands-on experience marketing to developers, technical buyers, or AI/ML teams and understand what earns their trust. You read documentation, use APIs, and dig into the tech before crafting messaging. You have excellent writing skills and editorial judgment to distinguish sharp technical claims from empty marketing language. You can research patterns, synthesize insight, and frame narratives that cut through noise. You work effectively with product leaders and engineers, running large, high-stakes work independently. You have a genuine interest in AI—how models work, how the stack evolves, and why it matters to builders.
