Fin (part of Intercom) is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Operator, a new internal AI Agent for customer operations. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that combines customer insight, product positioning, and creative storytelling to establish Operator as a category-defining product. Key responsibilities include: - Building the external narrative and positioning for Operator, shaping how the market understands this new category of AI Agent - Defining and refining the ideal customer profile (ICP) and audience, understanding their pain points and decision criteria - Owning core messaging and driving cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, GTM, and leadership - Conducting customer research and translating insights into clear positioning and messaging strategy - Leading product launches and go-to-market moments with crisp, cross-functional execution - Creating sales enablement materials including discovery frameworks, objection handling, and competitive positioning - Producing high-quality PMM assets: web pages, sales decks, narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials You bring 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record of positioning complex, genuinely novel products. You've successfully marketed products with no clear comparison set and built the narratives that helped buyers understand them. You're comfortable with technical depth—automation, workflows, analytics, agent behavior—and can move at startup velocity without sacrificing quality. Experience with usage-based pricing or selling operational transformation is a plus. You're a hybrid: strategist, storyteller, and technologist who moves fluidly between customer insight, product detail, and competitive analysis. You write with precision, push back on vague claims, and have strong editorial judgment. You're product-obsessed, technically engaged, and genuinely curious about AI beyond marketing talking points.
