Salary: USD 165,000 - 200,000 / annual

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned product areas. Key responsibilities include: **Product Launches & Revenue:** Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, owning pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes. **Pricing & Packaging:** Lead pricing strategy and packaging architecture in partnership with product, sales, and finance leadership. Translate business goals and buyer behavior into commercially sound, easy-to-sell pricing structures. **Positioning & Messaging:** Develop positioning frameworks that define how Canary's products compete and interconnect. Ground positioning in buyer psychology and competitive landscape. Maintain high messaging standards across marketing and sales. **Storytelling & Narrative:** Own external narratives for your product portfolio, including executive keynotes, analyst briefings, launch messaging, and campaigns. Maintain high standards for written, visual, and verbal storytelling. **Analytics & Insights:** Analyze sales and product data to generate insights and action plans for improving sales performance. Identify customer metrics that convey solution benefits and proliferate success stories through campaigns. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work across product, sales, finance, customer success, and executive leadership to align on strategy and execute with influence rather than direct authority. Generate customer insights that inform conversion improvements, product strategy, and content development. **Requirements:** - 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS and/or AI environments - Proven experience developing effective, commercially sound pricing and packaging for multi-product SaaS portfolios - Portfolio of external storytelling (webinars, executive presentations, launch narratives, analyst content) that drove measurable outcomes - Strong analytical ability: comfortable with pricing models, win/loss data, and market research; able to translate insights into external messaging without losing nuance - High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity; proven track record taking ownership of high-leverage initiatives - Demonstrated success in product positioning, particularly with complex or technical products for non-technical buyers - Experience in hospitality tech, travel, or vertical SaaS is a meaningful differentiator - High quality bar for own work, team assets, and team standards - Preferred: Management consulting background or MBA
